Where To Elope In Park City, Utah – Park City Videographer

March 23, 2021

Park City, Utah! I love this little ski town so much. Park City is about 45 minutes east from Salt Lake City and is less than an hour drive from SLC international airport. This is actually where the 2002 winter olympics were held and has amazing skiing! Although, PC in the summer is my favorite place to be. There is no doubt that Utah is the perfect place for your destination wedding. If you are looking to elope, this area has some of my favorite places in North Utah ever to have an intimate wedding! Whether you getting married surrounded by a few loved ones, or just your spouse to be – this mountain town has it all.

Where To Elope Around Park City

Deer Valley

Deer Valley Resort offers intimate wedding packages, elite services, and a glorious mountain backdrop. The resort has award-winning dining and will create a perfect space for your fairytale mountain intimate wedding or elopement. There are different lodges and cabins to choose from, giving you options for wedding sizes and needs. Deer Valley is the perfect combination of luxury and nature.

Kamas + Oakley + Weber Canyon Road + Smith & Morehouse

If you want to rent a cabin in the mountains and have a small wedding, this is the place to be. Around 30 minutes from Park City, Utah – this area has so many amazing places to stay. Hope on Airbnb and search these area. Kamas and Oakley have more of a rustic / country feel to it, while Weber Canyon road leading up to Smith and Morehouse reservoir is more mountains and cabin-like. Look around this area to find what is more your style, but you can’t go wrong because everywhere up here is honestly so gorgeous.

Heber + Midway

This area has tons of wedding venues and gorgeous locations to either host an intimate wedding, large party, or to elope. Whether you want to rent an airbnb in the mountains, or find a venue near a lake, this is a great area to look into!

Guardsman’s Pass

This mountain road is only open in the summer months, but it connects Big Cottonwood Canyon to Deer Valley / Park City area. The mountain pass is really beautiful! It has of mountain biking trails, hikes, aspen trees, forest pines, wild flowers, and stunning views! There are so many gorgeous places to shoot and potentially share vows with your loved one.

Jordanelle State Park

On your way to towards Kamas, there is a beautiful large reservoir called Jordanelle State Park. There are rentals in the summer, lodges, hikes, camp sites, golfing, fishing, mountain biking and great 360 views. They also host events throughout the season. Jordanelle also has an event center for weddings called Hailstone Event Center. The lake is a great place for any kind of wedding, small or large.
